Biography: Larissa Rook has been an avid animal lover all her life. When given her first camera, she would pose Pepper, the family dog, for pictures with various props and costumes. She later studied photography in school and built her own darkroom when she was 15. Over the years, all of her pets have been the subject of countless photo shoots. She then began taking photographs of friends and family's pets which led to opening her own studio.
Today Larissa uses digital photography to create unique and memorable pet portraits. She lives on a farm in Belgrade, Missouri with her husband, two dogs, three cats, and four lizards.
